Return Policy
If bought from heaterbodysuit.com:
Upon purchase of a brand new item, you will have 90 days from the purchase date to return the item.
Upon purchase of a clearance item, you will have 30 days from the purchase date to return the item.
If bought from a store:
Please contact the store location that you bought the item from for their in-house return policy.

Shipping Policy
When shipping to the 50 contiguous states we use UPS Ground unless otherwise specified by the customer. For Canadian orders we use USPS. Both services are available Monday through Friday on a normal business week.
When orders being shipped to one of the 50 contiguous sates are placed Monday – Friday before 3:00pm Central Standard Time, they will ship out of our location the same day. For Canadian orders, when they are placed Monday – Friday before 3:00pm Central Standard Time, they will be shipped out the following business day.
Please Note: These times are subject to change at any time due to holidays we observe or if we are experiencing back orders. In these types of events, we reserve the right to hold funds for up to 30 days until product ships. If back ordered products cannot be shipped within 30 days from the purchase date, we will contact you and notify you of the event.

Please Note: These Special UPS Services exclude Canadian orders. Pricing and availability of these services may vary by location and or day of the week. These Special UPS Services are only available Monday – Friday so be aware when placing UPS Next Day Air orders on a Friday or around holidays. Saturdays and Sundays are not considered transit days.
